Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with the size, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your safety helmet, and we will replace it with correct size. There are no refunds just an exchange within 3 days

All returned products must be returned, unused, in the original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions. Please hold on to all packaging instruction manuals etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the correct size. If the helmet has been worn and used, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer/retailer

Return for a warranty claim.

Prior to shipping, the retailer and/or customer must contact customer service. Customer service may request pictures.

The company may provide a loaner helmet if available.

The company does not guarantee a turn around time.
